But, we feel the combination of a healthy diet, regular dental check-ups, and yes – drinking milk – will get you well on your way to strong and healthy teeth. SO, don’t just take the cow’s word for it.

Milk helps build strong bones and teeth, if you have any more questions just ask us on your next visit. Don’t just take our word for it, here’s what the American Dental Association has to say:

According to the University of California at Los Angeles School of Dentistry, milk also contains proteins essential for good oral health by preventing cavity-causing bacteria from sticking to tooth surfaces.
